The owners of this Greenwich property hired us to collaborate with the architect and site engineer on the design of a brand new home for resale. We were thrilled to use our years of building experience to provide quality-control oversight. From tweaking window dimensions to shifting traffic flow, we aimed to make this house a dream-come-true for prospective buyers. We applied our knowledge as mothers and designers to the challenge of creating private family spaces, like the ultimate nursery, and cool bedrooms for older children, homework spaces, and reading nooks. Our attention to detail was equally as valuable when it came to choosing some of the more practical details such as doors, hardware, countertops, cabinetry, and stair rails. No surprise: this house sold in a heartbeat.
